Cheating on a diet is like cheating on yourself.

Something about us, all of us, wants to do the wrong thing. Sometimes you just want to rebel against common sense. Some people eat dirt and ashtrays. Other people put chewing gum under their tables at restaurants. Some people refuse to wear seatbelts. Whatever the reason, being bad has it's appeal. just a little dash of sin, spices up just about anything. Cheating on yourself is not a victimless crime though. How can you trust yourself after countless affairs of this kind?

The evidence starts to stack up.

You gotta be honest with yourself at some point in the diet cheaters game.

There is another version of yourself, that is fun loving and living fast, with fast food and deep fried adventures. It's like they are having fun without you, but it's awful because they are you! You are YOU! You can't be jealous of yourself.
Yes, diets are crazy.

But then along comes the commercial that wants to sell you the perfect body. The perfect diet pill. You can have all the food you want and still look like a hot pocket.
